Terms of Service

By accessing or using any service, website, or product provided by Afrimstore Global Resources Ltd. ("Afrimstore", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using our services immediately.

Afrimstore reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms were last updated on 1 March 2026.

Afrimstore provides a range of technology, commerce, and professional services to businesses and individuals, including but not limited to:

• Myauditman — cloud-based accounting and financial management software
• Quicksell4me — social commerce and multi-channel sales platform
• Forex VPS — virtual private server hosting optimised for algorithmic trading
• Affiliate marketing programme management
• Custom technology and software development consulting

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

Some of our services require you to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party
• Notify us immediately at security@afrimstore.com of any unauthorised use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Afrimstore reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently, in violation of these Terms, or in a way that may harm other users or our services.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our services or infrastructure
• Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious code
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access our services without prior written permission
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services or servers
• Reproduce, duplicate, or sell any part of our services without authorisation

Certain services require payment of fees. By subscribing to a paid service, you agree to:

• Pay all fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms displayed at the time of purchase
• Provide valid payment information and keep it up to date
• Authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for subscription services

All fees are stated in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise specified. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.

Refunds are issued at Afrimstore's sole discretion. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact billing@afrimstore.com within 14 days of the charge.

All content, software, designs, trademarks, and other materials on our websites and within our products ("Afrimstore IP") are owned by or licensed to Afrimstore and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Afrimstore grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use our services solely for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on Afrimstore IP
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent

Some services allow you to upload, submit, or publish content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant Afrimstore a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display your User Content solely as necessary to provide the services.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to submit the content
• The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• The content does not violate any applicable law or these Terms

Afrimstore may remove User Content that we believe violates these Terms without prior notice.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. Afrimstore does not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Afrimstore's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Afrimstore in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Afrimstore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@afrimstore.com or through the account settings in the applicable product.

Afrimstore may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• We are required to do so by law or a regulatory authority
• We cease to offer the relevant service

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

If you are an EU or UK consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in your home jurisdiction.
